Hamptons Dance Project

Fireplace Farm

Part of the property is used for organic farming and is called Fireplace Farm. It offers a summer program for children called “Farm Day at Fireplace Farm” and more information can be found here: https://www.springsfarmday.com/.

Peconic Land Trust

The property is subject to a conservation easement managed by the Peconic Land Trust, which means that development is limited. The land remains as it was in 1974 when the camp closed and its buildings were removed.

The property is privately owned and visiting without prior arrangement with the owners is not allowed.
